Fun fact about Dr.Kellogg he recommended circumcision to get young boys to stop playing with themselves, he also said it should be done without anesthetic "as the brief pain attending the operation will have a salutary effect upon the mind,” he wrote in his book, Plain Facts for Old and Young .
I haven’t had cereal in years and all these comments are making me miss it. But gluten hates me now…so. 
I really like chocolate peanut butter Cheerios.
