Pretty sure Frost DK is easier than MM. There’s no Trick Shot to worry about, just literally spam Obliterate and Howling Blast.
I have no experience with DPS DK, but I’ll take your word for it.
Trick shots isn’t particularly difficult. Just press multi/arcane if you aren’t meeting the focus spent threshold (not sure how to word it but it’s simple in practice).
No, but it’s something to track. Unlike Frost DK.

Turns out BM hunter isn’t so easy because it has a whopping 2 things to track! (jokes)

its a game for fun
Combine the two, go frost dk! Honestly, I’d say both because I like both. Just follow your heart.

Frost in DF looks tragic.
I would suggest using the class trial feature to test your options. I personally found arms a better spec for me than fury in pvp. You may find yourself going a different route as well, once you experiment with the classes.
