Glacial Spike proc and Ray of Frost [with talent proc comet active] display an icon extremely close to the Blizzard icon [actually almost identical], making it difficult in combat to tell them apart at a glance.
Glacial Spike proc and Ray of Frost comet proc should have their own icon art shown in the cooldown manager.
