Indeed but they still couldn’t have it cost RP incase breath bois want to use it and it hurts their uptime on breath even in execute phase. I’d love for it to work properly with all frost builds regardless and yes it damn well should proc obilt as you said.
if youre playing the arenas right they shouldnt be easily getting cced, because the people youre bursting on should be getting cced first, there should be a stun on 2/3 players when you start bursting and those stuns have to be followed up with blind or silence or even CCs from your partners
yes agreed, the point is they have made a viable build (diseases) less viable…add to that the talent swap they say they will do and its the pet build or bust i guess.

Literally nothing has changed for Frost apart from a 4% buff (not to pvp though.)
