No but this is a talent not often taken, at least for prog, shorter bubble cd is generally better.

Yup sadly same for DK with permafrost. Which leaves us with only DA (30% movement for 8 seconds)

Ya I guess also in pve you don’t get to see how toxic DA passive is. Horse is a 45 second cd for 3 seconds of 100% movement. But regardless a lot of ret mobility issues are being fixed in SL with borrowed power, but still not perfect.

35% in SL. Not that it’s much better. Kind of wondering if the Night Fae ability will make it easier to pick permafrost on a regular basis…though probably not!

Frost has the toolkit to be great, it’s really a question of how it all gets tuned. Ret on the other hand lacks some key tools which I doubt will be added. The band-aid is burst damage which usually gets nerfed.

DK is always the safer DPS choice given Rets history and the simple fact DKs have two DPS specs. Just like going Mage, warlock or Rogue is even safer given DPS is all they do.

Pin your hopes of Ret or Frost alone and it’s bound to end in tears at some point.

According to the vid he was going to play Paladin but the recent changes to paladin has him second guessing that pick…Just like the changes to DK has Preach second guessing choosing dk. As of the last video I saw.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Ret got tuning like Frost did in the coming weeks. Spec does some things in PvP and historical gets tuned into the ground when they’re that powerful.
