Sadly this is why Arcane has been dead last the past 2 expansions and although it might not be last now, it is still in a bad spot with how many movement fights there are.
What sucks is, it took forever for Arcane to even get a buff last expansion which came I believe during The Eternal Palace. And even then it didn’t do much. Now Frost gets 2 buffs extremely fast when they were last. Now they are past arcane. I think the devs just hate arcane imo. Took arcane 4 tiers to finally get a buff yet took 1/2 a tier to get frost 2 buffs.
