It seems any fighting that is done in the little dirt arena area where Chopper Redhook is, will eventually result in a rogue Frost Splinter just jumping up and targeting one of Redhook’s minion buddies, thus starting the encounter. This is very inconvenient with the start of Mythic + this week.
