It’s changed hands a bunch of times, only one original member stayed through the several different lineups, but it was the vocalist and lead guitarist so I guess the sound would still be similar through the years.
They’re not a bad band, never went out of my way to see them or anything but always felt they were worth the listen when they came up

I could understand if it was a forum silence, you get “canceled” depending on the forum mod’s mood but ingame silences seem rare, are you sure you’re telling the whole story lol

Tell him to post in the customer support forum section they will get back to him quick on whether it was an accidental ban or if he is lying about what he said. Also, just because he isn’t using profanity doesn’t mean they won’t action him for toxicity. That would include things as simple as calling people bad.

Edit: he logged in the forums and it won’t let him post and says his account is also silenced while suspended. Legit no idea of how to solve this other than waiting for another ticket response for him

It’s not AI responding. It’s a pre written text. Customer service reps use them because it saves them time. And what do you mean by proof lmao? They have chat logs xD.

i think after being nasty a few times blizz starts watching your account very closely and will start suspending your account over the slightest thing
i have a friend who was extremely extremely toxic in HotS to the point of being silenced for 6 months at a time, when he got unsilenced he just said ‘f*** wrong talent’ and got 12 month silenced over that (he actually showed me the chat log and thats all there was lol)
i think if your friend has a history of being a meanie then their account might be under red alert for past behavior

Idk man, you’re asking for a personalized response and all I’m seeing from you is very generic behavior that is typical of people who get banned for verbal abuse. The best thing you can do is see this as a learning lesson and improve your ability to communicate so you don’t keep getting banned.

The social contract is genuinely effective and I say this as someone who has been suspended and silenced because I turn into a man baby sometimes. Don’t be a lil freak and u don’t get silenced or suspended. It’s good that people (myself included) now think twice before being toxic
