1 fresh SoD server please, I am sure you will get enough people to justify it.

Allow battleground with old servers please but after a period so fresh players get a better gear.

If a fresh SoD was made , add more bgs than just the original 3, give us 5 with 2 more epic bgs beside AV. and add the random queue format for extra honor, this would alleviate a lot of problems and make it way less boring.
If we could add arena as well and dwarf shaman , undead paladins or add crossfaction pvp let us test thos feature in vanilla plus environnement and for future project you get better idea what dont work. 1vs1 2vs2 arena.

But in all seriousness there is no world that a fresh SOD server would happen. Hopefully they combine servers. Or give us whatever found photographs content aggrend said the classic team is working on soon.
SoD has fallen hard , the forum posts barely move anymore, please give us a fresh start , I would like to go through the phases again, I am 100% convinced enough people would go again to make it worth while.

I met a dude who was 100% sure he could fly. But when he needed to.

With tbc around the corner and mop just releasing if we did get a fresh server it would not be for a while. Plus fresh vanilla came about because massive amounts of people where asking for it, signing petitions for it, creating private servers for it etc… until we see that happen with SOD, there no way greedy clueless blizzard executives will shell out the extra cash for the servers. Or at least I really doubt it.
Tbf there are 3 major private server launches, one of which couldn’t even launch because they assumed only 5k people would play it and 60k+ people rushed in at launch. 
fresh is dropping to an insane hype with 10k concurrent players live at all hours of the day rn. Like bro the classic + hype AND NEED is real. They need to take a look at turtle and epoch and realize the cross faction pve and or horde /ally pally/shaman need is huge. The idea on new evergreen leveling zones is sick. Horizontal content is highly desired.

100% agree this whole thread is a joke but i also said that first post. I mean the dude who made this thread can only scrape together 4 likes. There is literally 0 intrest in fresh SOD.
I would play a SoD fresh if they based it off of the last patch of the game. That doesn’t mean ALL raids released at launch. I’m saying keep the phases as they were, but all class balance tuning, and the nerf of Incursions should be there at launch so that those problematic issues don’t affect a fresh start the way they did when SoD was live. Incursion nerf promises at launch alone would probably get more people interested if they knew the open world wouldn’t have a player decline. If incursions were nerfed at launch, once phase 3 rolls around people won’t be doing them the way they did when it was live, thus issue fixed.
Class balance finalization from the last patch (SM:E - Phase 8) would also promote a lot of player return because it would mean players would have something to look forward to as they level where they’d be getting stronger and stronger, all while balance being fairly decent.
Also, no rune vendors until phase 6 (AQ:R, AQ:T). This way players will be in the open world earning their runes again. A lot of those rune quests were actually pretty fun.
