I got a reply pretty fast on Twitter, from BlizzardCS, “the issue is being looked into, thank you for your report.”
You should read better the EULA and the ToS.
I understand it fine, same reason why when you sold accounts back in the day, “You aren’t buying the account but the time invested into the account.” EULA/ToS Proof statement on ebay.
Say what you will but the facts are just that, Blizzard ignores the game until they start losing money, then correct it because it projects a bump is gameplay.

Has there been a delay on this going live, or is there an option somewhere I’m not seeing? I’m looking to transfer off of Deviate Delight now but I still only see the paid option in-game.

Just pointing out, the way you are talking, seems that you’re disabused of the notion of reality.
Nobody forced you to set a date for this, and yet you still fail to deliver. You never cease to amaze me.

It appears that the free option is now available. The option appeared on Stalagg. It may still be glitchy, but it appears Blizz is getting it fixed. Cheers.

I keep getting “select a different realm.” Are some servers blocked already? Coming from PvP server.
