It’s broken. And hopefully for good.
Not sure how you can classify the population as busy. The cities are pretty empty even at prime time and finding any kind of meaningful pvp or interaction out in the open world literally just… doesn’t happen as the world is empty. CB is at an unhealthily low population, my group of friends and I already rerolled off a week ago so this is great news being able to actually not have to start over.

By bug you mean you guys didn’t know lots of CBers have opposing faction chars on CS and there’d be issues forcing a transfer to just 1 server?
