If mages were to get a healing spec I would make it one based around time and reversing/slowing time on someones body to undo/slow wounds.
As a person with 2 druids I’d be hard pressed to say not getting something for once would be terrible. Their QoL is ridiculously good.

if any shaman tanks but no thanks to any more specs you know and i know half the specs are in dumpster as usual i just want fun fixed balanced specs that already exist and then just maybe add something else.

But in all seriousness, I think Unholy is already close enough to a necromancer spec. I think a more “Brute Force” spec would be cool for DK.
Holy DPS for priests would be great, I’d play that.

I have always wanted a gun and archer based warrior spec. GW2 does this sort well.
Nah make it a ranged holy spec that blasts its foes with seals!
I think DK should get a death spec but no necromancer.

if DH didnt get a 3rd spec i dont think anyone will get a 4th

A mobile hunter that uses traps and dots to slow down enemies and is effective in leading small numbers of the enemies forces away from the hunters allies.

True… but they could always make a caster spec of death magic itself.
Druid could get a summmoner form, call the beasts and plants to rise up and assist you in combat.
Tried to keep with the established naming convention for classes when I was thinking about this if they sound a little generic.
DK - Death - Purple caster spec that uses pure death magic, raises spirits, shades and banshees as pets. Basically a necromancer by a different name
DH - Condemnation - RDpS spec, uses bows/crossbows has a ranged meta form
Druid - None
Hunter - Twinsoul - Tank spec that allows the hunter who swap back and forth between full control of pet or the hunter, health pool is shared
Mage - Time - Healing via damage reversal, “save state” as a wipe protection mechanic
Monk - Chi-Dancer - RDpS spec that throws around hadoukens and mean flying kicks to the face
Paladin - ???
Priest - ???
Rogue - Bard - Close combat healer with powerful AoE healing
Shaman - Primal - Tank spec. Evokes the different elemental spirits for protection buffs. Cycling through all 4 elements gives them bonus mitigation and damage
Warlock - Atrophist - Drain tank spec, converts pet into a soul essences they can drain off of in-between any immunity phases
Warrior - Gladiator - Highly mobile DpS, uses shield and polearm, can temporarily swap out for a throwing weapon for ranged damage. Think Kalista from LoL
Hunter: Arcane Archer. Updated old gameplay for old ranged SV, focuses on infusing shots with magic to control the flow of battle.
I would have advocated for a tank spec before Legion as a 4th spec. But we’ve sort of crossed that bridge.
