ABOUT THE GUILD:

   Salt Factory is a later evening guild located on Tichondrius - US, formerly known as Insomnia of Sargeras. Over the years, we've built a community of people who genuinely like playing together. We wanted to once again come together and create something for BFA. We believe in the mantra "raid smarter, not harder" and established a guild built upon that belief. While there are many of us that have raided at the higher echelons of the US raiding scene, we believe that rank means nothing without genuinely caring where you raid and who you surround yourself with. We place importance on the morale and atmosphere of the raid, and have endeavored to provide an environment that can be thoroughly enjoyed to its fullest while staying competitive.

      While our raiding times or community may not be ideal for all, we're a guild with personality, that prides ourselves on our unique, and down-to-earth atmosphere. With each passing tier we strive to not only improve as individuals, but together as a team. Because we believe that teamwork is the most crucial building block of any successful guild.

We’re an established and mature mythic progression focused guild that realizes real life happens. We’re not seeking server firsts, but we do want to clear the top tier of content. If you’re looking for a consistent guild that makes progression targets, without the demands of those in the World First races, Dominion might be the place for you.

Thursday 6:00 - 9:30 PST

Looking for those wanting to raid on a relaxed schedule, but still clear mythic content.

We formed at the very tail end of NH and have been getting a better rank every tier. We plan to continue this pattern and push to be a top 2 day guild.

[H] 7/8M US-Illidan is interested. We are a 2 night guild that raids from 8-11 Eastern. Our schedule is a little outside of what you’re looking for unfortunately, but perhaps you might be interested nonetheless. Details below:

We are a recently transferred semi-hardcore raiding guild comprised of an extremely efficient raiding core of players that previously raided in <Gloryhogs> of Smolderthorn and <The Exiled> of Arthas. Our focus is on Mythic and Mythic+ content.

A majority of our roster is comprised of working professionals that are former top 100 raiders, and we are looking for more like-minded people to add to our core.

Due to some members of our core having alternating work schedules every week, we switch back and forth in a Week A and Week B format.

Raid times
Our rotating schedule is:
Week A: Tue/Fri
Week B: Wed/Thur
The first few weeks of Dazar’alor we will be adding a mandatory 3rd raid day to push further into the tier at a faster rate. We will revert to our 2 day schedule in March.
We have members on and running M+ and other content at all times of the day.
Times: 7-10 Server/Central, 8-11 Eastern.
