Forum "trust level"

It could be. It’s strange that some with that license have tl3 on all toons while others don’t.

It’s just this toon for me. I’ve tried. I cannot even post stuff from YouTube on them

What’s painful is I can’t post links to like my guild application, or spruce up guild recruitment posts unless you’re Tl3.

All of mine say “Trust level New User” when I switch.

Yeah that shouldn’t be a limitation in the Guild Recruitment forum.

Here is a link that sort of explains what each trust level can do…I remember there was a post that also states in detail how to get each trust level.

I agree for the most part. My thinking after being away almost a year is this. First there’s a lot of new people. Reading helps you get to know who’s who. It also gives you the feel of the current forum “mood”, so to speak.

That said, after gaining the trust level and loosing it I realized I really don’t care about being able to post gifs. I can post links to info for people that have a question - however it didn’t take me more than a couple of weeks to figure all that out, and for my mental health or sanity I’m just not going to read I much as they want me too or try and get people to like and heart me just to put stuff up or gain some title.

Many people here already know me and either trust me or don’t “as a person”, and pretty much already know I’ve been a regular for years since covid. That’s good enough for me. It’s not worth it to read through a bunch of garbage, or even spend time just scrolling through it, or getting on every single day just to get that Trust level. My time is more precious than that.
(secretly, I do wish I still had it - anyone that’s done a beta get’s it for life, sniffle)

Unfortunately, not true. This is the only one that has tl3 and I have lost it several times by not coming to the forums regularly. It’s easy to earn back, but it takes a good amount of time.

That reminds me…how do I find out what trust level I am on?

I sometime don’t trust myself kek

Click on your portrait in the upper right corner, then click on the little person on the lower right in the menu. On the page you go to, it tells you.

Pretty sure you can never be T3 if your account has ever been actioned against, which stinks because I got banned for calling someone a nerd back in WoD.

Sheesh.

You can, it just takes longer.

Assuming this is true of course. So I was banned in Warzone 1.0 way back in the day, which was totally reasonable for my actions, but the fact it prevents certain features on a separate IP is oofta.

I’m not even sure when I was banned Warzone was a part of Blizzard…can’t remember if it was separate when it first came out.

The trust system sucks. I’ve lost lvl 3 multiple times because I don’t spend all my free time reading and posting here. You shouldn’t lose it if you don’t visit for a month. If you earned it you should get to keep it.

I don’t understand why you think getting punished on here for something with a totally unrelated IP.

How do you mean? Like how did I come up with that assumption or why I don’t understand it being in place?

I earned it back after a 6 month silence

Test2… (Onoswun alt)

Last test I don’t want to spam the thread, but seems to work on all alts.
