I am not sure if it is just me or anyone else, but I didn’t change a single thing this morning, and my normal character changed to a classic one, and I am unable to pick anything but a classic character?
Anyone else experiencing this? Thoughts? Suggestions?

Ok thanks Brandy – I figured it was on their end but I didn’t see anything about it (or I missed it) so I thought I’d ask.
Yeah I think they’re just having issues rn, retail servers shut down an hour or two ago and they’re been pushing hotfixes, wouldn’t be surprised in battle.net accounts weren’t getting hotfixes as well
Well, the good news is, now I can be an “alt” on the forums… I should go around liking my own posts and creating havoc 
Finally happened to me too.
I suspect this may be somewhat related to the issue I was also seeing on the WoW site’s main page where the top navigation bar was taking upwards of 60 seconds to appear properly after I had logged in to my Bnet account on that page (and is still slow as of the time of this post).
Furthermore, a couple hours ago when I first ran into that issue, I also got an error when attempting to view my All Characters page from the main page, specifically a “no characters found” error. And when that page does load, Armory pages for individual characters typically were returning 500 errors.
Me too. All my characters gone including my main. Only this character shows up on the forums.
Yup forums messed up. Can’t properly “change character”.
It finally came back for me after a few hours and a logout/login.
Now I noticed my avatar picture changes with their mog. Same character, just different mog. Yesterday he was in some sort of ugly mog, and today he’s back to where he should be.

Mine were there this morning when I played. Came home from work and no characters. I checked the realm selection and there’s no characters anywhere. Any ideas?
I logged out and back in and that took care of mine that day…but I waited a few hours so not really sure what happened or how it got fixed.
I’ve been having this issue too.
I just watched it happen to me in real time.

This is the most recent thread on this issue but it’s happening again. It can’t just be me, right? My forum character selection list is literally missing at least 4 characters that I play the most. It switched me from my warlock that I always post on to this bank alt. I do have other characters in the list but why is it missing my mains all of the sudden? I tried logging out and back in, but it didn’t help.
No, it has happened to me at least 2 more times. Both times I logged out and came back in a few hours, logged back in, and everything appeared again.
I suspect they are messing w/the forum software but are not telling people.
