The best part about them was when forsaken was still against the living in general and dark, their lore was a ghoulish delight. The only thing forsaken about them now is what they once were in lore.
They are dead to me. I just cant dig into what they are now.

They also seemed to have forgotten forsaken eventually become the mindless wondering about like a traditional zombie. They are some of the first things one kills as a new forsaken.
The lore all over the zone is some great stuff. Now they are just misunderstood lonely and wanting family and to reconnect…
There was a quest you get back something that was a keepsake of a loved one a forsaken lost. When you get it to her she is just like whatever. That life is dead to me. They are bitter hateful of the living and use yo want one day to destroy all the living. The enemy of my enemy. Wrath gate was the peak of that. “Death to the scourge! AND DEATH TO THE LIVING!”

It could just affect a few. Was a quest from Gretchen Dedmar I believe that described being afraid of falling onto the ‘mindless state’. It all could be retconned or just rambling from paranoid forsaken.
