… I totally understand the importance of having a tutorial for new players and Exile’s Reach and the Racial starting zones do a good job of that but sweet mother of the old gods is it ever painful to create an alt and have to go through the tutorials all over again.

It’s like if you wanted to switch majors in university and they make you go back to kindergarten and start your education all over again.

Can you please make an option where once you’ve completed Exile’s Reach on one toon you can now select either Exile’s Reach, Racial starting zone or just being bumped to level 10 with starting gear and 10 gold and being plopped down in front of Chromie to pick the expansion you want to level your alt through.

This never bothered me when I played on a PvE server because I wasn’t into alts and just played my main, but on an RP server I’m collecting alts because they’re different characters in my stories and holy crap is it painful to have to go through Exile’s Reach again… and again… and again…

I’ve been playing since Vanilla. I know how WoW works. I don’t need to go through kindergarten every time I want to make a new alt. I get that you want to sell boosts but come on, meet us halfway here. Let us bypass the tutorial nonsense on alts. It’s so damned tedious!

Honestly hope they do stuff like the Pandaria remix more often for that reason. There was like 3 minutes of tutorial stuff which you could skip and BAM straight into the action.

So maybe something like you talk to the first NPC you see when making a new character and there’s a dialogue option to skip to level 10 and start getting your ankles in it.

Now having said that I get the feeling like nobody at Blizzard involved in a decision making process is perusing the Moon Guard forum for ideas.

yeah i got burned out so much on exiles reach, and i wont be making any new characters unless it is an allied race that starts at 10.
i wont level characters unless its timewalking or some sort of remix anymore either
