I’ve mained Warlock for 8 years now, because I was gifted this character. I’ve seen her leveled, no everything about Demonology. Lately my build has been evolving for MYTHIC+ and I’ve dabbled in Shaman, but I’ll always play Warlock. It’s fun!
Now using Pyre like a God as Drac’thyr was tempting but NO! Warlock forever, I even got her The Black Ice Ring! Can’t ditch that!
I greatly enjoy pushing mythic+…so I play what I enjoy. Screw FoTM classes/specs.
I’m the sort of player who is most worried about which profession will be the most fun to start with out of my little private economy of alts.
I am completely oblivious to what classes/builds are meta and am not expecting that to change.
Being the best version of me I can be is fun
BM hunter for me, followed by Assassin rogue and fury warrior. I don’t care how they perform at top end. I don’t do top end content where that matters anymore.
Both for fun and performance. Save for SL s2 and after, holy has not been very meta ever. But not really in a bad spot necessarily. At least not to where I just couldn’t do what I wanted to do. I’ll always play holy bc I find it fun, but I also try to push the spec as much as I can.
