It is a thought that this talent has overstayed its welcome. But I also have a thought of what would make this talent a bit more interesting.
Would you take this talent if IA applies Razorice?
Keep in mind: I wouldn’t mind if this talent is gone. But food for thought… like i said.
It its current state, it just feels bad.
It needs to be reworked. I personally think it be better if it stacked a damage mod to Rime, so maybe Rime could actually feel good to hit for damage, rather than just CDR for ERW
Why does everything need to apply RI? If RI is going to be covered from the talents then Cinderglacier needs to come back, as does Nerves of Cold Steel.

No. Seriously. Reowyn pumps because of it. Not THE reason though if that makes sense. 
Since you want me to comment. Howling Blast with Rime doesnt “pump” anything.
