There are more ways for rep. The 4 tree rares, I forget their names. But they can drop a token that gives 350 rep or so(to all 3 followers). I think it can only drop once per week though, but it definitely helps.
The trees require special methods to activate, but…Oronu(I think?) just needs a pet to be summoned nearby, that pet is the Drowned Hippogryph(spelling?) which can be bought from a NPC in the Drowned Market area with Pet Charms.
You can also use the Scrying Stone things to look for treasure which has a low chance to have Naga Attack Plans(or something), which is…either 100 or 150 rep for all 3.
