Flask Price is 4k

Have you considered playing the game?

ā€œHave you considered playing the game?ā€ This cliche translates to ā€œHave you considered ignoring god awful Delves and just do double gathering because itā€™s more satisfying?ā€

Player power is a meme now. You can just get rich, do the bare minimum for crests, then have every single piece of gear crafted.

It was literally better to craft all your gear with enchanted crests than it was to upgrade it lol.

Flask/pot prices are high right now to multiple reasons:

  • People still skill up Herbalism and Alchemy. So they have lower efficiency of gathering and lower procc chances for multicraft, which reduces the overall availability of these items in the market.
  • Raid guilds now prepare for new content, so they rather stockpile flasks and similar stuff in their bank than selling it in the auction house.
  • The RWF guilds also prepare for mythic raiding, so they buy out the auction house to get prepared.

The whole think is simple economy. When you donā€™t like it, skill to herbalism and alchemy (perhaps on an alt) and create your flasks yourself.

The entire economy is inflated right now. You can get in on that action, but are choosing not to. Thereā€™s hundreds of thousands of gold to be made with an incredibly low overhead time commitment right now.

Just donā€™t buy them then?

I am disliking these hidden caps on profession mats, I can understand for knowledge gains but items like nullstones/null flowers shouldnā€™t have a cap

There are many different ways to earn gold. How about picking up Mining and Herbalism to supplement that WQ gold income? why just sit here and complain you cant make gold, when you refuse to do anything to make meaningful gold. Flying around kaz ahlgar for 20 minutes mining and herbing can get you 30k+ gold easily. You are extremely lazy OP

2-3%? Of what?

Iā€™m at 15% perception and so far it drops like I said, You get 5 really quick, maybe at 2-3%. Then you have days of 0%.

It invalidates the game systems. Makes things like perception a facade.

Wait, what? You sure thatā€™s not a bit of exaggeration? Not saying you could be wrong depending on your luck of what you find, but on average about 1000 gold for 20 minutes of work harvesting both and that is completely random depending on who might be harvesting ahead of you.

2-3% drop chance when gathering herbs. It might be more like 1%.

Solution: put Alchemy and Herbalism on one of your characters.

It probably has nothing to do with the herbs and more to do with actually being able to proc a level 3 flask. Doing that will require a massive investment in the flask specialization and all tier 3 mats and probably some concentration.

yeah the drop rate sucks

Seems like the perfect opportunity to craft and sell yourself.

Iā€™m sure its already been said but consumables are chalked this expansion just because of the crafting and gathering changes. Basically everything requires rank 3 mats now and with the way they changed gathering no amount of skill period can stop you from looting rank 1 mats which will still be the overwhelming majority of your gathers even with stuff maxed out. 2x gather also has basically no way to gain Acuity to get tools either.

Better to just become an alchemist yourself. It will be slow going at first, but it will get easier as you go on.

Which is surprising, but if you add more Alchemist. That then drives up the price of herbs again.

Yup.

People are spending gold caps in different characters with auto scripts in the AH buying all low and re-selling all high.

Once upon a time Blizzard would ban people for manipulating the market.
I guess they donā€™t review that anymore.

Buying low and selling high isnā€™t an offense.

Heh heh , casted the flask of haste cause I newly discovered it today decided to use concentration to get more gold of it and BAMMMM! Multicraft got like 10 of them or 50k gold :sunglasses:
