this seriously needs be fixed somehow, to stop flagged players running around in the open world causing unflagged peeps to flag into PVP unwillingly thru some cast AOE spell or accidental tagging them… Maybe a Warning pop up on screen asking if you’re actually wanting to Flag into PVP. And before ya’ll go on about how you have to be in a city to flag into PVP i’ve been accidentally flagged a few times and it’s seriously annoying

i think it is a bug that sometimes people become flagged for PvP

During this collectors event, I’ve had a few close calls of almost flying my character into a town of the wrong faction. Fortunately I’ve been able to catch myself before getting myself flagged, but it seems we’ve had peace long enough that my old avoidance reflexes are getting a little rusty.

Only way to get flagged for pvp, is to help someone thats in pvp, like heal them, or help them in combat
If by chance you get flagged, you can get on fp and it takes it off. just a fyi.
It’s a bug and people have abused it… I tried to report it, but blizzard’s ticket reporting system is about as useful as a USB pet rock.
You have to intentionally flag before you can even do that now.
