It’s an inconvenience to those who want to discuss popular topics and is going to cause the creation of many threads on the same topic since the high post count threads are getting locked repeatedly for a day at a time.
Beyond the inconvenience to the players, it is also a huge inconvenience to the mods who keep having to unlock the threads.
