For CoS try running past chromie in the instance until you actually get “outside” that worked for me. Naxx still not working.

I tried disabling the UI and switching to different characters, but the issue remains the same that unable to place the “Love Fool” in Naxxramas.

Same issue of the item not working indoors. Tried both inside a raid group and out logged/reloaded. Every possible troubleshoot. Reported bug to Blizz hopefully they get this thing fixed or at least update parameters to be able to use it at entrance (outside). Here’s hoping friendos.

I am having the same issue. I tried a lot of the same testing as you did as well: tested in and out of naxx, in and out of raid, using toy vs consumable, at different dungeon difficulty levels. No worky.

Any idea how we get this in front of a blizzard person to look at?

Same here I cant use inside Naxxaramas. And using outside next to the summon stone it wont count for the achievement. This really sucks. Easy fix for the dev people I think. just change the item code and that is it. Please fix guys, just missing this achievement.

Same here. Tried to put one down by the summoning stone and did the /pity but did not count. Even tried to go on top of the floating crypt but nope. Please fix this is the last achieve I need for Fool for Love!

Also having this issue, love fool consumable is not usable in naxx
