If anyone else is still bugged, go ahead and use this thread to both alert Blizzard that there is still an issue as well as ask for help.
Now that many (most?) of us are fixed, we can pretty easily group up and place one for you.
If anyone adds me in the next few days I’ll assume it’s for this.
Confirmed fixed just used the toy inside nax to complete the achievement.
Its working! consumable version worked for me just now. go get that achievement everyone!

Just flew into Naxx, not in a party or raid and used the love fool toy and finished the achievement! YAY!!!
I can confirm this hotfix worked for me and I was able to complete the achievement!
You can complete this achievement without a raid.
Posted on here several days ago. Can confirm just logged in, ran into naxx solo no raid group, dropped a love fool consumable version and got the achievement and the meta for the event. Here’s hoping it works for the rest of you. Cheers all and best of luck!
