i handed in my 10 eggs just now and i didnt get a mount. this needs to be fixed. Blizzard do your job

Another week. Another week with no response or fixes. Multi-dollar company right here, I know they’re struggling with resources.

I am having the same issue. Opened a ticket - they are still saying the same thing “submit a bug report and comment on forums”

Coming back here to say I was able to turn in all 10 eggs and received the mount today (08/13/24), so it seems it has been fixed. I turned in one egg to make sure it was recording my progress and checked after each one to be safe. Got the emotes in chat and the matriarch flew down this time and then I was granted the mount.

Can confirm: I was able to turn in the final four that I needed and received the mount.
This bug is finally fixed!
Finally only took me 20 eggs but it seems it was fixed as I was able to get it today as well.

Looks like I gave up on Blizz a couple of days before they finally fixed their 3 month long bug. It’s what happens when the game is broken with poor communication / customer service.
So instead of providing the mount we all worked towards and completed the requirements for, we need to spend several hours collecting the eggs again? What a joke.
