WSG is full of Alliance premades with healers so Horde doesn’t queue WSG because Horde doesn’t have as many healers for PVP… As a result Alliance plays more WSG and Horde plays more AV.
What are the alliance queue times for WSG and AV?
For Horde right now:
AV is 25 minutes
WSG is 10 minutes
It’s not a stupid suggestion at all. If a person already has 35 to 40+ days played, then that person won’t have much trouble catching up at all.

How is it that you and others are confused by blizzard “not putting any effort into it”? We asked them not to change anything, they changed as little as possible.
They cant fix players choosing one faction over the other or that pvp is only a minigame played by a minority of the population.

Open up faction changes on servers with balance issues away from the dominant faction exclusively. Prevent people from rolling first characters for the dominant faction of specific unbalanced servers.
I rolled a Druid alt specifically for this reason. It’s true. I don’t get it either, but apparently I am myself a part of the problem. He’s 43 right now, pushing 60 slowly but surely.

Okay… the AV that “lasted for days” was in the early days of Vanilla, so… 1.5 -1.8 (ish). The AV that had “reinforcements” was from the Burning Crusade expansion.
You seem just a little confused.
I’m all for the “lasted for days” version though! Bring back REAL Alterac Valley. (Not the horrible “well, horde is whining again about queue times, make the game easier” AV from 1.11-1.12)

Thats incredibly incorrect. The reason why horde and alliance are queing AV is because its better honor per hour. You can put in minimul effort and be rewarded with the same amount as someone who carries the game.
One simple solution is to just nerf the honor per hour of AV so WSG becomes the go to ranking BG.
Change Battlegroups up. If one Battlegroup is 75% Alli and another is 75% Horde, change them accordingly. The fact that they are static at all is crazy. they should be changing quarterly if not more often than that.
This is why I am dumping my ATVI stock minutes after this E/R release.

Think about it. Lets say Horde has exactly as many healers as Alliance does - - - but horde has more players overall. The percentage of healers is less on the horde side so an average BG would have fewer. It’s a ratio thing, not an absolute number.
