Fix stalagnarok resetting on kill, so many of us are TRYING to get fathom and getting screwed, we tank him in the back and he still resets and it kicks us. Even when we managed to kill him before collapse finished we got no reward because the second collapse starts the event goes away even if we tank him ONLY inside by the wall.

I’ve been trying this for 2hours and at this point, you can’t tell if its people griefing or Blizzard.
It seems to be widespread enough I don’t think it is people griefing. Could be wrong but it definitely feels buggy.
Huh I’ve not seen this yet. Are y’all dpsing very slowly?
Yeah this is beyond ridiculous. The objective vanishes as soon as the boss is engaged, it has nothing to do with dps not being high.

It has been bugged all day. Even with everyone in the back and it never charging the entrance, the quest disappears—dozens of players outside the cave with 10+ attempts in.

that one has been buggy for days now
ive gotten consistent results having everyone stack at back of cave…consistent as in ive had like 8 attempts now that have almost killed it before it bugs
and by bugs i mean the cave in happens as opposed to him charging people and instantly bugging…so there may be a dps check involved as well
but just about every time ive seen it bug its been right after it charges someone near entrance so im sticking to the back of the cave theory

It’s the cave collapsing that’s causing the event credit to be nullified. Now, it’s up in the air as to what causes the cave collapse to trigger. Whether it’s just on an endless cycle or whether anything the mob does can cause it. What’s supposed to happen though is that the collapse should only start once the mob’s killed, since that’s what signals that the event’s over.
