Drop an PvP update with new stuff to do or maybe pvp gear to go after, drop alliance shamans & horde paladins, hotfix classes & i guarantee you the game will revive on a heartbeat. it’s not complicated… the ending was miserable please fix it while there’s still time.

Fully support this, although I am low on hopium now. Us PvPers are keeping SoD alive outside of a weekly SE lockout.
Nothing to do except pvp in Tyr’s Hand until the AB queue pops.

The 2 set pvp gear rank 12 should have 50 stamina by now. Lucky we still can get 1 ab going hopefully it never stop but sadly we losing that battle too. Sod deserve better. We not in era sod yet i still have hope after mop release maybe one of the dev will look at everything rq.

was one of the surveys for classic plus asking about seasonal pvp gear?
I actually think people should give that serious thought so many people just drop off from pvp as soon as they hit the rank they want.
if classic+ is going to be permanent are we really going to have rank 99999 ? is that going to entice anyone to pvp that hasn’t already invested 365 days /played

I see players trying to get full bis from pve and pvp so they can do bgs with flask up and pump. Sod pvp is wild and you have to theory craft and discover the counter play it keep evolving that’s why i love it i still discover new tricks to this day.

its cool in theory but in practice its too bursty.
glass cannon metas means that anyone who enjoys battle strategy or healing are just sidelined. full burst metas means more time spent spent in a graveyard for the pvp player base as a whole as opposed to chip-burst metas.
It’s less strategic and more who can press button quicker with less ping or who wins via rng.

They only removed world buff from bgs you can still use hp flask and survive much more it’s cheap i do it on my mage sometime. 60% damage reduction is fair for everyone. Healers das good heals they dont die instant like previous phases.
yeah bgs are good, I might do a lil. AB gets boring sometimes though with no rewards.

theyre not going to because they dont care about sod anymore. they just want us to transfer to mop. their ‘testing’ is over. my sub will be ending soon and they aren’t going to see another cent from me until classic + drops. I’m sick of the shill of a company always sticking it to the players and not caring about anyone but themselves and how it’ll make their game look good. The devs couldn’t even get this right, and they think classic + will be a success? We had forums whining about things for MONTHS that they could do, or fix, and yet nothing. But their favorite class can get a BRAND NEW set, for the final REAL patch of SoD, even when their other specs can do LITERALLY ANYTHING they want, and then bubbles and use burrowers trinket to get out. THANKS BLIZZ
edit: but shamans are bad guys because they can purge 2 buffs off, so they don’t absolutely murder us.

The classic team NEEDS MoP to be successful if they want to keep their jobs.
But you’re not pvping. You’re griefing. And you’re contributing to end the SoD as the people you’re griefing decide they’ve had enough of it and throw in the towel for good

It’s over bro. Let it go. They have already announced they pulled the dev team off of sod. No more hotfixes, bug fixes, tuning, new content, etc.
Killing solo players, while you’re in a 5 man group, as they try to enter new Avalon to turn in their weekly and calling it PvP 
They should remove open world PvP and just do a war mode for Classic +. It’s always been a degenerate grief fest with no real player skill.
I wish they would man. I’m grateful for what they gave us, but a last effort to patch some of the OP outliers in PVP would have been great so we’d have something to do while we wait for the next shiny stuff.
The truth is, it’s mostly the playerbase itself that killed pvp in SOD, by spreading misinformation about it starting in p3, and by absolutely stomping and GY camping whoever is being outnumbered 10v15 in AB.
I’m still gonna queue but i’m about to throw the towel.

Unfortunately they don’t care. For 3 phases now people have been begging them to add some kind of PvP update to keep the game alive outside of raid logging and we never got anything. They’ve decided that SOD is for raid-loggers.
