The new character models shoulder armor is placed at a bad spot on the shoulders causing the armor to sit on the very edge of your shoulder. This is mostly prevalent on UD males but other races have it as well. Since we have Classic as a reference now we can easily see the shoulder armor was much closer to the neck.
Right now there are HUGE gaps between your head and the shoulder armor. It looks really bad, especially when mounted and they point outward at a very weird angle while also making the gap so much bigger.
