Warrior PvP isn’t as bad as you think it is… I’m using the rank 12 set and managed to get about 9.6k HP with commanding shout up which helps tremendously in PvP.
Arms is more than viable in PvP imo. I think many warriors struggle because they don’t adjust their gear accordingly and probably aren’t utilizing their full tool kit.
