you cant out-skill abilities that hit you for 100% of your health. This fight is stupid, especially since you have to spend forever for climb the 18 floors just to get an attempt. Its not just frustrating and broken, its a huge waste of time

Apparently you can out-skill it because I’ve killed him many times.
If something hits you for 100% of your health that IS a issue on your end that you CAN out skill.
Torg has these things called powers, as well as soul frags.
A large part of torg is picking those powers. This includes ones that boost your hp. I norm have between 115-150% max hp increase when AVOIDING survival as much as possible by floor 18.
While you picking dps traits to do enough damage and playing your class correctly to kill him before he buffs to hit for 100% of your hp is part of out skilling it.
This includes using stuns and other ability’s that stop or slow down the build up of the stacking buff. To the point with the right combos its possbile to make that boss not hit you a signle time (on any class even) assuming the right power saved as its open to everyone thou saving it for the last boss takes a little luck its not that uncommon as by the time your at floor 18 you got about 90+ powers so you have a really good chance at seeing it and should be able to save 12-18 chances for the power if you want. To make you 100% immune to all damage on the boss for 1.5 min. Other power compos such as the aoe int/silence effects slow the buffs stacking speed. Stuns also.
This also includes NOT skipping stuff and clearing on the way to get the expected 90+ powers and 80+ soul frags by floor 18.
This also includes picking the right time to go into torg if your going in with quest greens your doing it wrong. Torg is made for people around 210 ilvl more so mythic raiders if you want to push layer 8, so upwards of 226 gear. Torg scaling HIGHLY with gear as all the powers are % boosts so raising the base even slightly massively buffs the end result.
In short no you most def can out kill him one shoting you. Him one shotting you is you failing at the core of torg building your toons build well.
IF you want help post your stats, power amount, soul frags, ilvl, class and people can give advice but complaining about a boss with no info will not get you far.
