Fix ardenwalde

Definitely big lag problems with Ardenweald on Kael’Thas. General chat confirms it. Been crappy all day. Still is.

It’s just ardenweald, no other zone is like this.

Ardenweald is only laggy for people I know when it’s Oranomonos week for world boss. Just like people would get lag in other zones during those zone world bosses.

Outside of that, I don’t think I know anyone that’s experienced lag.

Graphics issues? Sure. My GPU runs the fans like mad while I’m in Ardenweald. But there’s a specific setting for some sort of fog or something (I can’t remember what it’s called) that you can turn off to fix that issue.

I’m not sure why you’re experiencing zone lag there so much.

Yea, Jentai was right, you’re just a troll.

I remember having this issue a while back then it got better and now it’s back. There’s at least a 3 second delay when casting anything.

Troll because what I said is true? Okay then. Keep blaming Blizzard for an issue that you could probably easily fix if you wouldn’t let your pride get in the way

Then why are so many people having this issue?

Shill.

Why are so many people not? If it was an issue on Blizzards end, shouldn’t MOST/ALL be having an issue? This is what I’m getting at.

If you and I are in the same zone and you’re the only one having the issue, is it you, me, or blizzard?

Clueless.

Maybe because it’s something out of his control? :man_shrugging:

Still, a minority who has this problem is still a problem. I don’t see what Blizzard lose in fixing this, even if it’s a problem on users end.

With what? :man_shrugging:

Is it actual latency or is it graphical lag? What’s the world latency say? I’d say it might be a ISP switch center somewhere, but that doesn’t work when it’s only one zone.

Have you tried disabling that new graphical setting for fog or whatever it’s called? I’m sorry I’m not in front of my computer to see what it’s called. :slightly_frowning_face:

Edit: Depth Effects! That’s it! Try that?

And what if it’s not an issue on Blizzards end is what I’m saying. People have fixed this issue on their own, and no longer have the issue. Which takes Blizzard out of the equation

Need to reword this, so it doesn’t get confused. it’s input latency, home/world is the same, yet actions are being heavily delayed.

Insulting people isn’t going to help you or your issue.

A lot of us do not have the issue you are describing. Does that mean the issue doesn’t exists? No. I would suggest posting on the support forums or send a ticket into Blizzard describing your issue.

That’s so messed up. I know I fixed my issues by disabling that depth effects thing. Pretty sure that’s the one that deals with fog n stuff. I’d say try it anyway, just to see. But I understand it may not work.

Well that’s your “what if”. Companies fix this sort of thing all the time, even if it’s a problem on users end. After all, no computer built the same, or even have the same software and such. I don’t see the reason in downplaying this issue with this “What if” scenario.

With what? You keep saying “They fixed it” but you’ve never presented a solution. With what?..

I’d honestly just give up. He’s not bringing anything helpful to this discussion.

All it is is a process of elimination on my end. I do not have the issue. So I can’t look blizzard for the issue. So then it falls to an internal issue. That’s all

I didn’t start it.

Good for you and everyone that’s not. No reason to dismiss and crap on those that are having this issue.

Just for Sugar and Gums, i’ve turned my graphical settings down to the lowest it can possibly so. Still get stutters and delays. Depth effects is off too.
