I agree that I don’t want a house-based fishing spot, that’s way too “garrison”, but it would be fun to have a fishing area in the neighborhood. In a similar fashion, it would be fun to have a neighborhood garden, too. Tie that into the renown system, perhaps. Maintain the garden kind of like the MOP farm, and fish up enough fish to feed the neighborhood or something.
I hope there are a lot of things like that in the shared neighborhood space, that while perhaps pulling folks out of the rest of the world, would help to attempt to form bonds with your neighbors.
