I was able to do it more reliably in Shadowlands. Not sure what changed.

Any tips on this one? I didn’t really master that raid, don’t know much.

Seems easier these days (less speed required), but still wonky as hell and easy to get boned.
My current go to is start encounter, go to front door and kill big guy, then go to opposite side high door and kill big guy, then go back to tree and clean up trash until portal spawns, portal to ship and kill guy and crystals, then go across from ship to far door (low door) and kill big guy, then go back to tree and kill adds until event ends.
For just getting to the Nine for the mount, it’s basically ‘hit stuff till it dies’ at 80.
Otherwise Kel"Thuzad requires taking a portal (spawns where he dies - an extra action button appears when you are near) to his phylactery to kill him again, then back up to kill him another time.
Sylvannas can be an annoying fight, multiple phases that draw out the fight while she’s invulnerable most of the time, but it’s mostly just chase her in P2 (can follow Jania) till she gets to Oribos and P3 starts, then just hit her with everything and it should be over fast.

Honestly, the single mount that I cared the least about: Sharkbait.
Was surprised it dropped, but it was a quick run with my main earlier in the day, soon after reset. No complaints here.
I did manage (around 20 minutes ago) to cross my big one off the list: Ny’alotha Allseer. I hate the raid with a passion, The initial section is a slog, and even with the skip, Fury and N’Zoth himself are both awful, needless time consuming bosses for a 3 expansion-old raid.
I literally have no reason to step foot in there anymore (I’ve already gotten all the transmog I want), so it goes into the Dragon Soul category of “Never doing that again” (and yes, I haven’t stepped foot in DS since I got my Emerald Drake 2 years ago).
Still looking for Mimiron’s Head, since while I enjoy Ulduar, I’m bored of it.

Got Rivendare’s Deathcharger after 5 kills. (armory hasn’t updated).
Now ICC is my next target.

Yeah I got it now. I have it, blue proto and armored razzashi raptor now. Need six other mounts (well not need, but you know what I mean).

Underrot was my first drop today, I expect to keep a decent number of runs going as it continues though.

Technically my first one to drop was Life-Binder’s Handmaiden but I already have that mount.
The first one to drop I didn’t have was GMOD.

Trying for the normal mode gul’dan mount.
Currently 30-ish kills in and no drop.
Does not feel like it was buffed. 
Gonna go nuts listening to elysande and gul’dan monologue before every battle.

So far today, I’ve focused on the dungeon mounts from my bucket list. Two have dropped – Sharkbait and Marrowfang. Still running alts at Mummified Raptor Skull and Underrot Crawg.
My remaining qualifying bucket list includes 9 mounts in total, but Mechagon Peacekeeper’s not obtainable right now, so we’ll see how I do this month.
