kyrian+ first avenger is basically a personal CD on 1min cooldown
if your not kyrian crusaders can work but if you playing prot in m+ as non kyrian ur just going to run out of cds on fort week and have a bad time u basically need that 30k+ shield
also its free dps and the aoe shield all silences you look pog af having 5 shields come out of your body for aoe silence and you avg about 2k-3k dps annd bully people with wings
