Fire whirling element is supposed to grant you 8 seconds of hot hands, even if you already have an active hot hands. Sometimes it feels like it will add correctly, and get you to 13/14 seconds of hot hands, whereas other times it won’t add any seconds if you already have an active hot hands. Anybody else noticed this?
