Incompetent is the only word for them.

It is quite honestly the best word for them. Compared to the other class devs where they get all the attention in world/reasoning/explaination whoever in charge of Warrior definitely needs too be removed from his post.

I get that the intention of all these class tuning is to make this game more unbalanced.
