I’m sorry given how much Fire is dominating the other specs it’s really hard to feel any remorse or pity for anyone having a tough time with the spec
Where is fire dominating?
Must be pvp cause I don’t pvp. I mean anything I see, Balance Druids are the OP spec for raid AND dungeons AND pvp but everyone always gotta come in to drop their daily dose of mage hate.

It’s dominating everything. Literally everything.
- It did great in the raid.
- It’s one of the top two dps specs in m+ (with Balance) and is dominating the MDI (which Balance isn’t).
- It’s dominating in arena and in the AWC (which Balance isn’t).
About the only thing i’ve legitimately heard people complaining about is that it can be hard to get into higher Rated Battlegrounds as fire.
Yeah the person who commented after you answered this for me. If you don’t see how Fire is eclipsing Arcane and Frost as well as the majority of other DPS specs in the game in just about everything, we must be playing different games.

Even if you don’t intentionally proc it while Combust is on CD, the worst part about DC is if you accidentally proc it with Ice Block and don’t have it up for your next Combust.
I have no problem acknowledging how it’s doing in comparison to Frost and Arcane. However the call to nerf it relative to other classes/specs is just stupid for so many reasons.
Sure … lets nerf it so that mages don’t have ONE viable spec to play cause some poor playing-player got owned by a fire mage in pvp.
My eyes can’t roll hard enough over these threads. Seriously.

Just seen that i only get 50 soul ash after spending hour and 20 minutes in Torghast. I wont be getting any legendarys anytime soon. Probably be a month or more. Dont wanna gear up too fast now do we. Spendin so much time for sorry as hell Legendarys is F’d up
Um? 50 soul ash is from the lame campaign quests.
You get 570 per wing. 2 runs a week for your cap of 1140. You can make a rank1 legendary every week if you want.
It still feels disgusting having to do 2 runs a week, but it’s like I dunno…45mins for 1140 soul ash.
Any content we have to do sucks, and Blizz can’t get that through their head.
But it’s certainly not 2hrs for 50.
If your gear isn’t high enough to do upper runs yet, my suggestion is to grind renown, farm anima WQs, and upgrade covenant gear to 197. You’ll have a 187 weapon and just need to snag rings and trinkets (my mage alt runs a leggo ring so one less item to farm). I think you could make it through a full layer 8 run with luck on your power drops.
