It’s not about quitting. It’s about them letting us know they have strong moral fiber. This is their version of protesting the Vietnam War or marching with Dr King Jr.

I don’t think it has anything to do with gender.
I remember when the original creators left and Ion got promoted.
Then the “no flying” was announced although if you preordered WoD, you got a flying mount advertising how you could fly in that expac.
The same expac that they wanted to remove flying from the game for good.
That got stupid fast but we can still fly.
Then there was the statement about BfA how the beginning will have a surprising twist to the story.
It didn’t. At least not that I’m aware of.
Then beginning SLs, it was “pull the ripcord”. Only that was a lie, there is no ripcord.
So this tells me that part of the game is being led by someone who doesn’t think much of the player base as well as now, with this dumb behaviour (regardless of how long ago it was) where Blizzard will probably have to pay big bucks out to a state, this will affect the game further, adding to how it’s already been affected with smaller zones, cheaper cines (lately) and systems upon systems.
My point is that they seem to be on a crash course regardless and the only thing that can save this game is if they get new leadership.

Quit the game and delete the account even with a current subscription. If one says he is leaving, then follow through. That is strong moral fiber.
But by all means, those who disagree should still stay on and help Blizzard pay for the financial settlements so nothing comes out of their pocket and at the same time make the investors happy. This is how corporations laugh all the way to the bank.

Oh no doubt. But meanwhile these same people will complain about BK getting even more bonuses next year while not understanding they perpetuate it. Their hypocrisy never ends.
