My boat doesn’t sail until march 30th lol. I’m hoping in that time to see the content coming like it was in Legion. And I understand that people have argued it’s been the same but even if you compare it on a timeline level the amount of content given is lower.
I really enjoyed Legion because right when you were getting tired of emerald nightmare you got trial of valor which gave a lot more trouble on heroic than nightmare ever did which was really fun. And it spawned such hilarious memes as ONLY COWARDS FEAR THE CORN OF BATTLE.
Anyways, I hope the ship gets righted, I miss being excited to log in more often than just to raid lol.
Most notably when forum access is a perk of an active subscription. Can’t wait for them to fix that particular bug.

Yes, it’s a bug - what does it do with wanting to quit or not? Simply put, people are offended the games losing subscribers and in their denial. It offended them which is why they go to every thread - even though they supposedly don’t like those threads - and try to throw backlash or make snarky sarcastic remarks towards those that are quitting.
Simply put, you dont’ like what you’re reading, stop reading. Purposely offended.

For one, I’m not offended at the post of the topic nor am I denying or agreeing with them. You’re one the coming to a post that states what it is about and being mad at it.
It’s very different, the fact you tried to use backwards logic when even that in itself fails, shows how mad you are at these people. I’m simply asking why YOU, who obviously don’t like these post as you come and argue every time one is posted, keep going to these?

I actually understand where you’re coming from and I see why the responses in these threads can be frustrating. Admittedly, I’m also sick of every other post being about someone quitting, but I try to understand why and not be hostile towards it. This is one of those issues that I’m 100% ready to lay at Blizz’s feet and say “YOUR FAULT” because feedback regarding why people are leaving the game never should have been directed to the forums. What are we, the players, supposed to do with these threads? It’s just another source of tension.
The accounts that are closing should still have a direct line of communication with developers/staff since they’re the ones who actually have the ability to do something about the issues being addressed. Threads like this one, and several others, are evidence that it just devolves into bickering.
Bickering which I admit I’ve been guilty of, and I shouldn’t partake in. None of us should, because it isn’t the players’ responsibility to address feedback.

I came to a topic to read about the topic, not see people complaining about said topic and that’s there is so many of them. Why go into it if you feel that way?

You come across as your way of thinking is the correct way of thinking. You brought up Trump voters but you take that same zealous stance that if you complain about no flying you’re just whining for no reason.
You won’t get past “wanting flying is wrong”. You clearly said it. You want to stubbornly keep that way of thinking and just butt heads with anyone that doesn’t agree with you.
I think you need to go reassess what you personally deem to be complaining, doesn’t look like complaining to me, just someone making a point… a point you don’t agree with so you state they are complaining, which in itself a complaint is it not? so round and round we go! People are entitled to an opinion and entitled to give that opinion, problem is no matter what they say no one respects them for having an opinion so they are ‘put down’. But what is a forum anyway but a divisive, place for people to come and troll and bully others, even the moderators do it!
Yea, wanting flying to go back to the way it was…piles of gold at max level…is wrong, and I sincerely hope that the devs do not cave on this.
Can’t really say it plainer than that.
For me flying is all about player agency. With Blizzard going out of their way to restrict my agency, my ability to do what I want when I want and how I want, I no longer feel like I’m immersed in world but running down a corridor. It sucks.
