i’m still waiting on both characters, capped in 5s AND 2s. Over 40 games on each char. Should I open a ticket?
Hateful mainset is now available for a significant discount (for honor) in Dal sewers. You can get the 5 piece set for less than 40k honor.
Deadly offset still pricey, though, doesnt appear discounted. And no furious offset available yet.

I just got points on my main: around 1300 for 3s last week.
so it wasnt a refund from buying hateful gear? maybe they havent got around to oceanic points yet
My main has had full deadly except helm/shoulders for around 5-6 weeks. Stored 10k arena points before last week.
Last expenditure on deadly/hateful was mid/late November.
Spent 5300 on discounted deadly helm/shoulders/thrown/one hand axe/shield, so I was at 4700 remaining.
Now over 6k as my most recent log in. I assume that’s from last week’s 3s since I shouldn’t be eligible for any refunds. I assume they’re rolling out fixes (maybe easier on me since I hadn’t bought anything or spent any points in a while).

yeah super frustrated to not get points in the final week on both my alliance characters 
I got my points, 872 from a 1220 2v2 when I logged in Tuesday. Then yesterday, I logged in and I had about 600 more points. I have no idea why. I’m not complaining, but it seems like things are all over the place here.
Did you buy hateful gear before getting the points? They refunded those points.
Meanwhile, I’m still waiting on my 1500 pts from 60 + games across 2 characters
They only refunded points used to buy Deadly Gear, Hateful still missing.
if its too hard to fix, just give everyone 1500 arena points. simple

It’s not hard, they just don’t care.
I did not, this character had full Hateful minus the shoulders, and I had no rating to buy shoulders or any Deadly stuff.
only a couple days before points are reset, fix oceanic points please
