I donāt care if it is a good game or a bad game. If you really think that a bunch of WoW players would have changed game only due to its merits you are out of your mind. WoW people wouldnāt have left if things were still good in WoW.
I literally just said that Blizzard shot themselves in the foot, which then led people to actually take a serious look at FF14 and were then able to see how far that game has really come. How hard is that to understand?

Itās like watching a guy lose his girlfriend to another man and he thinks that he is the only reason why she went to someone else. No way in hell could he possibly be better for her overall. So much denial.

No, you are ridiculous. If you think this big jump in players has anything to do with that game. It is completely due to Blizzards many problems.
It isnāt like there is tons of MMORPG games for players to switch to.
No one uses sequence macros in combat in FF14 because the way the macros work, it is inefficient to do so and causes GCD clipping, which is a cardinal sin when going into anything bigger than leveling dungeons. They do exist just they are only used for crafting because GCD clipping is less bad for a crafting class.
However, targeting macros (Cast on target, mouseover, party member) work fine most of the time.
I just donāt get the FF14 spamming. Great its a great game to you. Go play it and stop spamming the forums.
The devs isnāt fixing WoW. They abandoned it. Now go play your FF14 you keep bragging about.

Man WoW fanatics really donāt like hearing when another game is doing well.
People make posts like these to show another game is doing better so that they can improve themselves!
I know a handful of them are doing it just to give blizz an idea on what player housing is suppose to look like and how casual gameplay is.
