Nothing but a good time to be had! Itâs been so much fun working with everyone to help plan this out. I look forward to the event itself. Two days and counting down!
Ethanâtolas Everdawn yawned as he woke up to the sounds of birds singing and the light of the Sun hitting his face. He stretched and sat up, looking around him. Others had begun to wake as well, and some were already putting away their sleeping bags and strapping their belongings to their 'Striders.
Ethanâ slowly got himself up and started doing the same. Soon the entire group he had been traveling with were collecting their things and cleaning the campsite where they had spent the night. He felt like everyone had a bit more bounce in their step this morning. He knew he did. Most were more quiet too. It was obvious they all felt the excitement of knowing they would be home soon.
After months of patrolling the borders of QuelâThalas, by the end of the day today, they would be home, at the Retreat, just outside the gates of Silvermoon City. And they would be greeted, as they always were, by family, friends and citizens welcoming them home. It would be a glorious celebration, followed by a night in a bed. An actual bed.

Thank you for spear-heading such a wonderful event, Ethanâtolas! This was a wonderful idea and I know all of us who worked with you on it had a lot of fun doing so. I look forward to us doing more with the Farstrider community!

How amazing it was to see SO many Farstriders characters, all come together to celebrate and role-play together! It was very cool seeing a raid-group, about 15 minutes before the event start time, consisting of 22 hunters (and one lovely paladin)!
Sincere thank you to all who came and participated. Many great moments were shared and we hope that you enjoyed yourselves.
We hope to make this an annual Springtime event. Next year, the Festival will be bigger and better.
