Occasionally, when power-shifting, talents put into the feral tree no longer work. It at least happens with Predatory Strikes bonus and the Leader of the Pack aura.
Also, Felines Swiftness doesn’t stack with Dash, as it should, because one is a passive and the other is an active ability.
Noticed this too, mostly using /cancelform in macros. It works by clicking or keybinding the actual UI. Seems random too.
And yes these things should stack, my dash in vanilla was right near epic mount speed with the pvp gear ( extra 15% )
This happens even without macros, just double tap on cat form = half of the time you have no leader of the pack \ predatory strike bonuses, yet heart of the wild still gives its bonus strength.
