I’m not at end-game yet, but I’m sincerely enjoying Feral gameplay at the moment.

Feral is acctualy super fun to play this expansion. I have 3 druids 90 all doing mythics, Nelf Guardian Main, Haraniar feral- guardianish alt with better gear than main, Zanda Guardian Horde main.
I have threato problems, yes. I have energy problems, yes. But im having fun.
If i wanted quality of life, on the other hand, i would pick ret pally day and night. Dude have one single CD every 30 secs, whereas Feral must sync 4 cds, 30 secs, 45 Secs, 1 min and 2 min CDs, THIS is what its not fun.

Feral is great for messing around in the open world, but don’t expect to actually play the game in the endgame. You’ll be hard pressed to find a competitive Mythic raid spot (as evidence by the number of mythic parse for ferals), and you’ll be the absolute last priority for any M+ invite.
It’s a joke that the developers introduced a major new expansion talent like Chomp only to leave it so poorly tuned that it’s completely dead on arrival. If the devs actually cared about the spec, they’d fix the features they just built instead of making players wait until Season 2 or 3for a basic tuning pass. It’s like being sold a new product where the headline feature doesn’t even work.
Between the raid design actively hurting Feral’s damage and the fact that Resto, Boomie, and even Guardian (just kidding guardians your graves are next to ferals but at least the ST damage is worth a raid spot for the druid buff as shown in the race) are always tuned to be more dominant, there is zero reason for a group to ever invite a Feral. The spec is being ignored while the rest of the class gets all the attention.

There’s Ferals in title range (multiple actually and by a large margin)
And there’s Ferals clearing Mythic raids

I heard they designed the class to try and conserve energy but add in ability cause they know you’ll be starved for it. I think they are messing with feral and guardian players. Maybe they got juked in PVP and this is payback.

The existence of a few title-range Ferals doesn’t mean the spec is ‘good’. Tt means those specific players are cracked and have a consistent group. For the other 99% of WOW players play in PuGs, it’s a different story.
Check the logs: we have the lowest representation in Mythic raid for a reason. Being ‘viable’ enough to clear a boss doesn’t stop you from being the first choice for the bench when a fight requires a specific damage profile. We’re working twice as hard to do 80% of what a meta spec does. The only class with a lower representation are frost DK and BM hunter whom both have a respective melee/range spec to switch to and are in the top 1/3 of damage and representation. Your only real argument if you wanted to make one, are rogues and yes they are also very bad right now too.

I have. Feral is doing just fine - lots of representation over all difficulties.
Again, this is a PuG issue, which people aren’t pugging Mythic, so your complaints of Mythic and Pugging aren’t founded.
A well played Feral does better than a piss poor meta. Do good, don’t get benched.

Imperator Averzian: 2nd to last
Vorasius: 6th (but thats only because we are allowed to not do damage or help with adds and sit boss)
Fallen-King Salhadaar: 4th to last
Vaelgor % Ezzorak: 10th to top, middle of the pack to upper middle
Chimaerus: 4th to last
Every boss after these bosses, the poorly tuned classes like feral, Frost DK, BM hunters are not bought and have not enough dataset for data. But unlike the BM hunter and Frost DK, they have strong specs they can switch to like marmanship hunter who is top of the chart for a lot of fights and unholy DK whom is top half of the chart.. And this is accounting for all percentile, the story gets much worse when you filter for 90th percentile and higher.

So there’s not enough data to make a claim, yet you’re doing so.
The solution to your problem is to stop pugging.
Every spec, every hero talent, is capable of clearing the content my man. You not getting a spot is a PuG problem. Get into a good guild and sail along

Are you intentionally being obtused? Theres not enough data because there no feral in those kills because they dont have the damage profile to be bought! And you completely ignore the other bosses where ferals are in and are dead last.

Im also starting to think you don’t push high end raiding at all, or else you’d know this. Youd know how damage profile matter a lot especially in beginning weeks when there are no gear and you have to optimize. The poorly tuned classes get sit. Saying just play better then the guilds that are killing the 4th boss this week are all high caliber players. For the record I’m 3/9 with my guild which is more then the majority of the guild. Its not world first high end but its definitely no slouch guild either. That doesn’t mean the majority of the feral players are.

I’m not - they’re still completing content with 40% of the timer left to go with Ferals on their roster.
We’re still in HoF range. So we’re still in undergeared range and again…it’s only week 2. Things will flesh out as the season goes on - the newest raid hasn’t even been beaten by RWF raids yet and you’re complaining about spec representation already.
Would be a shame if you had…oh…another 16 weeks to do this eh? Again, puggers aren’t clearing full sets of mythic raids, week 2 or week 12.
Stop PuGGing and get a dedicated raid guild and you’ll be fine.

I literally said I’m with a guild and I’m 3/9m you don’t read at all. I also looked you up you haven’t even stepped into any raid with your feral let alone a mythic raid but you sure have a lot of thoughts on feral high end raiding.

They quite literally are… Thats why theres no recorded kills for ferals the last 4 bosses yet. I just don’t…
Regardless please follow your own advice and get into a mythic guild and try to play as feral and then come back and we can have a more positive discussion once you have more information on what you’re discussing.

I don’t know why you keep turning this personal when I’m talking about the class as a whole. If you knew how to filter for statistics you’d see the numbers that feral as a class is posting on each boss compared to every other specs. But whatever go off.

RWF isn’t even over. Using your logic, since no spec has beaten the last boss, all specs are dead right? There’s no statistics showing who’s worth taking so everyone is dead yeah? May as well quit the game now.
You got benched on week 2. You’ve got 18 more weeks to get the kills…just like a crap ton of other Ferals will, like Ferals always have. Your guild is middle of the road, taking 15 weeks on average to get CE. It’s not like your guild is pushing the limits and setting the pace and requirements for cutting edge comps. There are Ferals in average guilds not running RWF comps that get their CE before you and yours.
