Cat Thrash doesn’t dot some of the obelisk in mythic plus. It also doesnt work against some enemy units and even in pvp (Sometimes in pvp).
Please help blizzard its already hard for me as a feral to push end game content.
Update: It’s probably the trait Wild Fleshrending.
