Their name is literally “Kitten”. If they’re going cat feral, get a slavedriver cane or Omokk’s hammer. Warden staff does nothing for cat dps.

Bonecrusher from the Dire Maul quest is probably the best pre-raid Feral DPS weapon, with the exception of MCP when using charges or The Unstoppable Force from AV Rep.

I am one of the offtanks in my guild and I often play cat in raids. You will be very hard pressed to replace the Rockpounder from the last boss of Uldaman. I still use it. The +7 strength in cat and 2% crit scales stupidly well. The only thing I would replace it with for pre-bis is Archivist Tome in OH and Widowmaker in the main hand.

As for AP; it is almost always better to get AP in the form of Agi as feral; we rely so heavily on critting to do damage Agi is king. Disregarding hit at your level, Agi > Str > AP. I hope this helps.
