Pretty sure this just snips off the top 5-10% of parses, nothing more, since you can’t chug Hp5 and you’re still waiting on the next tic to go over 42 Energy. If anything we’re about to see Feral DPS drop lower over the next two weeks, at least at the highest levels of play.
