I’m not even playing anymore, but my plan was to forego TT to maximize my chance at the belt as a bear. TT seems nice, but it seems like a marginal upgrade.
I mean the fact that we’re having this conversation shows that it’s not a clear upgrade like DFT was back in the day imo.
So yeah, I’m with the poster who said I’d save your loot karma for something else.

OH something else I’ve been thinking about. There’s a trinket from Ogri’la revered, 7 weapon damage and an on use for 216 AP for 10 sec, with a one minute cooldown. This thing seems BIG given that we scale well with + weapon damage and such a short CD on the on use, but I’ve not seen it listed anywhere. Thoughts?
The ogrila trinket was pretty hype, but double brooch I think is going to be better still. The direbrew trinkets have really put an interesting twist in to gearing in some ways for a lot of people lol.

TT shouldn’t really be that contested of an item. If I’m not mistaken pretty much only cats and dps warriors really care much about it and I believe warriors still more heavily prioritize DST.
Its also from an easy boss so even a casual guild should have a chance at it every week. If your guild is using an LC or any priority system then cat should be at or near the very top on TT.

Good question. I don’t have it, but I’d wager a Google search of the phrase classic TBC druid discord, would do the trick. Or ask some other Druids in your guild/server. Class discord are an invaluable key resource.

We do run LC and any DPS trinket drops, i get prio - if i want it. Our first DST dropped last week and we passed it to a rogue, because everything i’m reading is showing that TT and Bloodlust is BIS and I figured it would benefit our token rogue much better than a feral. I do very little offtanking so taking it for pure threat wasn’t an option.
Even though DST is good this is probably the smarter option.
I passed 2 DST’s to hunters before I grabbed mine as well (we’ve been honestly really lucky with DSTs, I think we have 4 of them in-guild now).

That is absolutely what a guild should be doing for long term success (assuming the rogue is reliable/good). Personally I would give it to a hunter, but of course it all depends on the guild/personnel.
Hopefully your other dps and LC are aware of where TT stands for most classes so there isn’t any drama when you take it. There shouldn’t be, but I’ve seen some dps thinking its better for them than it really is because new phase purple trinket.
In the meantime I personally don’t know how the other trinkets sim against each other, but I know a feral on my server who is a regular 99 parser since classic and I believe he runs empty mug + BB.
IMO, try things out and see what seems to work best for your play style.
